Valentine's Story

Valentine showed up at Pets-Haven on February 14^th ,2003. We think, he would have even tied a bow around his neck to make himself more appealing.  On Valentine’s Day morning he was sitting in our cat run as if he had always belonged there.  We were not sure how he had gotten in or if he had a home in the neighborhood.  He seemed real friendly, so we took him back outside to see what he would do.  He looked at us kind of puzzled, went over to a tree next to the house, climbed up and over the roof, from there back into the cat run.  When we got back inside, he sat there looking at us as if to say:"  Well, now you know how I got in, can I stay?"  Inquiries about an owner brought no results, so Valentine is now with us.  Valentine is neutered and vaccinated and still a young cat, may be 8 years old.  He loves to play and cuddle, oh yes, and to eat.  Valentine has UTI and has to eat a special diet. He needs a nice quiet home, where he can get all the attention he craves and be under less stress.
