Here
are the new photos...
House has been
repainted. Air conditioner is a small 4800 btu portable bought
second hand. It has been relocated as you can see and grill vent
removed .(air condition overheated inside duct work-- not enough
air circulation) Front door opens for a/c servicing and cleaning
(overall dimension is 8'x8'x6'tall). Front porch and inside floor
covered in linoleum. Porch dimension is approx.4'x5'. Front and
back windows open for cross ventilation during cooler seasons.
Floor and substructure consist of pressure treated lumber. Roof
trusses secured with hurricane clips... "attic" and
other unusable upper areas were insulated and closed off. All 2x4
code frame built. Cat has a second level in her area that she does
use! Auto Cad design by my son after graduating collage. Finally
at last Rudy stays much cleaner and happier especially during a
thunderstorm and no more deep holes in my yard! I'm so glad to see
an interest in pet's comfort when they are left outside and there
is no one home.
